Provided a full turnkey solution for a large-scale Asian supermarket, covering design, construction, refrigeration, and mechanical services. In addition, assisted the client in successfully securing the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) incentive, achieving AUD 189,100GST in government energy-saving rebates. The project delivered energy-efficient refrigeration systems, reliable temperature control, and optimized operational performance across all fresh food and retail areas.

Outline of Works
o Floor plan design with functional zoning: grocery area, seafood area, meat area, bakery area storage area include cool room and freezer room
o Material calculation, quotation, and built it up o Supply of kitchen equipment, including cool rooms and freezer room, refrigeration
o Supply and installation of refrigeration displays included- 13 units of remote display freezer, 7 units of remote display fridge, 2 units of open display fridge and 3 units of butcher case o Custom canopy hoods, full mechanical exhaust, fresh air for bakery room.
